DESIGN INSPIRATION

Formed from natural occurrences of the earth, the Shell Fragment ring resembles a naturally weathered piece of shell - its shape carved over time by the constant movement of the ocean. The flowing curve of the design mirrors the motion of a wave itself, echoing the way tides smooth, sculpt and reshape shells as they travel endlessly through the sea.

Cast completely from silver and carefully resculpted to sit comfortably on the finger, each piece still holds the original imprint and texture of the shell fragment it was formed from - preserving the raw markings created by nature and movement alike.

Due to the organic formation of the shell fragment, sizing for this piece runs small and is best suited to smaller fingers such as the pinky. The largest size available for this design is an L.

Gold Vermeil and Silver

Every Hathaura piece begins with recycled .925 sterling silver.

I use Gold Vermeil for all my Gold items which is a thick layer of 18ct gold over the sterling silver base.

Unlike standard gold plating, gold vermeil uses precious metals only and is designed to offer greater durability and longevity while maintaining the rich appearance of solid gold.
