Shipping
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 Hour, an end-to-end trackable service.
Once dispatched, delivery will take 1–2 business days.
Please allow a 1–3 working days dispatch time for all items of clothing.
International shipping lead times vary depending on location. All international orders are sent using a fully trackable service.
European Shipping - £15 shipping on all orders or spend £200 for Free Shipping.
Returns
We hope that you will love your piece from Hathaura.
However, we understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart. Returns are accepted up to 14 working days from delivery on unworn and unaffected clothing, with labels still attached.
Please note:
- Jewellery cannot be refunded
- Jewellery can be returned for resizing (a £20 fee per item applies)
- Jewellery can be returned for an exchange only
Returning Your Item
We do not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.
We strongly recommend using a trackable service when returning your order.
Please ensure:
- Items are unworn and returned with tags still attached
- The return address is clearly written on your package
- A note is included with your name and order number
- You retain your proof of posting
