All pre-order pieces are made to order.

If a product option shows as “Pre-Order” in the dropdown menu on the product page, it means the piece is not held in stock and will be handmade specifically for you once your order is placed.

This allows each piece to be created slowly, intentionally, and with care.

What Does Pre-Order Mean?

Pre-order simply means made to order.

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your piece is handcrafted from start to finish just for you

  • It is made individually, not mass-produced

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for each piece to be created before dispatch

Pre-ordering secures your piece while it is being carefully made in the studio.

How the Process Works

  1. Place your order
    Select your piece and choose the option marked Pre-Order from the dropdown menu.

  2. Handmade creation
    Your piece is individually crafted by hand.

  3. Finishing & quality check
    Each piece is carefully refined, checked and polished.

  4. Shipping
    Your order is packaged and sent with care
     

Production Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for all pre-order (made-to-order) pieces to be completed before dispatch.

This timeframe ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

If you need your piece by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering.

Custom & Unique Pieces

If you’re looking for something truly unique, custom orders are always welcome.

This can include:

  • One-of-a-kind designs

  • Personalised details

  • Variations of existing pieces
