All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 hour ~ an end to end trackable service. This service usually takes 1-2 business days once dispatched.

Please allow a 1-3 working day dispatch time for all items of clothing. 

International shipping lead-time varies from place to place, all orders are shipping using a trackable service.  For international shipping enquiries please contact us for more information.

We hope that you will love your piece from Hathaura! However we understand that sometimes you have a change of heart. That's why we offer returns up to 14 working days on unworn and unaffected clothing with the labels still attached.​ Unfortunately jewellery cannot be refunded but can be returned for a resize (£20 fee per item.)

We do not cover the costs of returns on unwanted items and recommend a trackable service when returning the items to us.​ Please ensure you return the unworn items with the tags still attached to the return address written on your package ~ include a note with your name and order number. Ensure you keep your proof of posting!
